OIL SPILL & CONTAINER SPILL COMPENSATION CLAIMS - PACIFIC ADVENTURER

Law Essentials is assisting Commercial Fishers and Land Based Businesses who have been impacted by the Pacific Adventurer Oil & Container Spill that occurred off Cape Moreton in March 2009.

Commercial Fishers, Processors, Exporters, Charter Operators, Tourism reliant businesses and any other businesses that have been impacted by the oil spill may contact our office to register their interest in making a claim for compensation.

As well as the oil spill, 31 shipping containers fell from the ship and remain on the seabed as a hazard to commercial fishers in otherwise prime trawling grounds. Those fishers affected can also make a claim for compensation in relation to the containers.

YOU MUST ACT QUICKLY HOWEVER!

To make a claim against the $17.5 million limitation fund now established, your claim must be submitted by 23 November, 2009.
