Debtor Information Sheet
What is a Debtor Information Sheet used for?
A Debtor Information Sheet provides Law Essentials with information required to proceed with a Letter of Demand and subsequent Legal Proceedings, if required.
What is the cost involved?
Law Essentials will charge $25.00 plus GST to send your Debtor a Letter of Demand.
How should the Document be completed?
Please complete all details requested in the form. This should include copies of Invoices, Demand Letters, Commercial Account Applications and Director's Guarantees which you have previously forwarded to the Debtor.
What happens when the document is completed?
Once the document is complete, please forward same, together with any relevant documentation (Invoices, Guarantees etc), to the email address located on the bottom of the form.
How Law Essentials uses the Debtor Information Sheet.
Law Essentials will forward a Letter of Demand to your Debtor, demanding payment directly to you, within 7 days. We will forward to you a copy of the letter of Demand via email. On the 8th day, if you have not received payment, you may wish to proceed with a QCAT Minor Debt Claim against the Debtor.
