What happens if payment is still not received, despite sending the Letter of Final Notice?

If you would like to continue to pursue the Customer for payment, Law Essentials can forward a Letter of Demand to them under our letterhead (see Step 5) allowing 7 days for full payment of the outstanding invoice, and noting that legal proceedings will be commenced should payment not be received.

In most instances, a Customer will pay and/or organise payment once a Letter of Demand has been issued by a Solicitor.  Our professional costs for this service are $300.00 plus GST.
